No he's not. I did read one fanfic where they made Obi-wan the choosen one. It was kinda odd and dark.

I kinda feel sorry for Anakin. For all the power he had, he was neive enough and trusting enough not to notice that the Emperor was playing him like a puppet. Plus apparently the Jedi didn't have a good mental health insurance plan or something because Anakin probably could have used a psychatrist after AoTC.

My two favorite Star Wars Novels are Rebel Planet and Tattoine Ghost. Both go into Anakin's relationships with other characters. Rebel Planet I like because it shows how Anakin and Obi got to where they are in AoTC. And darn it if I can't find my copy. *mumbles*.

Obidala (which btw, I hate when people do that. I only use them because that ends up being what everyone reconises the pairings as and then somehow it ends up in my mind...like McWier.) tends to have the whole secret-love-affair thing which is probably why I hate. Obi-wan only kept information from Luke, and that's because Luke wasn't ready for the information and when he was, Obi-wan gave it to him. I can't see him keeping a secret like that from Anakin.

Oh, my muse in general has taken a vacation. She apparently right now wants me to write a Gilmore/Stargate Atlantis crossover where John Sheppard was a Gilmore or a Tremors fanfic where I write the movie from Rhonda's POV. SG-1...Forget it unless you want a half-formed scene where Adria and Kate Jackson get into a fight.
