I think that whether Han is or isn't Force sensitive, he'd probably never trust himself enough to make a stable Jedi. You'd have to do an incredible amount of work on his temper and his inability to trust, especially if you want to get into what happens to him when Chewie dies. Han is a fantastic guy, and I love him, but Han plus the Force in any quantity is a volatile and dangerous mix.
