Well, the names I've come up so far are Grace and Carter (I think I may have stolen that from you....) for Jack/Sam, Nick and Katherine (whose middle name may be Daniella, but I'm leaning towards Elizabeth) and Tyler for Cameron's son. I gave Teal'c a daughter in one of my fics but I can't remember what name I gave her.
