The life and times of an insomniac.

Me--*attempts to go to bed* *lays there*
Brain--Ooooooooooh! Idea! Idea! Idea!
Me--Fine. *gets up, turns comp back on*
Brain--Pfffffffffffffffffft.

So, now I'm sitting here trying to figure out whether I should go back to bed or what. I know as soon as I get there, whatever the ideas were will come back or I'll get other ones, but heck as soon as I turn the light on, they'll flitter away.

I've tried that, actually. Doesn't seem to work. I need my fingers to be in direct contact with pen/computer keys in order to write. I'm weird.

I know exactly what you mean! It's like, Can I just copy directly from my brain, please? Cuz as soon as I try to articulate it, *poof* idea-be-gone. Until technology/science finally catches up (at least a little) with sci-fi, we're stuck with pffft brains. meh. Sorry. Hope it goes better soon!
