Still trying to get the hang of coloring TNG. Random TNG iconage here, trying something new.

They look great to me:) I love Deanna/Will:) I must have missed this episode though.

I seriously found the whole entire series for $200 at a used CD store. ONly I don't have the money, but someone bought all the seasons except for seven, which is on sale for 30 odd dollars now. Still don't have the money but I'm mourning the loss of the whole series.

*cries with you*
Thanks. These turned out pretty well, but some of the others...meh.

There are two eps here, "The Icarus Factor" and "Second Chances". Second Chances is actually one of my favorite eps. I think I've iconned the scenes twice. Heh.

I'm going to have to find out what Icarus means because that's the second show I've seen with that episode title. The other was farscape. *looks it up* Infinite Possibilities: Icarus Abides. I'm guessing Icarus was a lit character (and for some reason I thinking the guy who went too close to the sun, but knowing me I'll be way off but it would make sense given the Farscape episode).

I sadly don't know the episode titles of TNG. My supply of Star Trek are old tapes of marathons so I've seen various episode through out the show, but I don't think I've seen a full season. Except for perhaps season 1. I have seen episode 1 and the final episode.

Actually, you're right about Icarus. Flew too close to the sun. I never paid attention to the ep titles when the show ran. I usually don't, but they're archived by title and ep # on cap galleries and such, so I pick them up when I start iconning a show.

Second Chances is about a transporter accident resulting in a double of Will, so some of the scenes are Will/Deanna, and some are Thomas/Deanna, but either way. ;)

I try to know the episode titles of the shows I watch regularly. It's kinda one of those things where I'm happy if I can watch the first couple of seconds of an episode and tell them the title and season. Annoys the hell out of my mother and my father thinks I'm obessive. He's probably right. I try to guess ST:TNG by Worf's uniform and hair length.

Plus after watching Stargate and Farscape, I've learned that the episode titles sometimes give hints at what happens in the episode.

Ah, I remember that storyline from reading "Imzadi".

Heh. Well, I can pretty much look at a cap of SG-1 and tell you exactly what ep it came from. You're right about the titles giving hints. I mean, I pay *attention* to them when I see them as an adult. I just probably won't remember them until the second or third time through, and in terms of TNG, well, I think I was too young when I saw the show the first time to care. I can still like watch ten seconds of an ep and go, "Oh, this is where blah, blah happens..." or "This is the one with that guy from..."

*hugs Imzadi!!*

I think I only do the whole memorising thing on Stargate and Farscape. Others, I'm more like "Well, this is season 2.

For some odd reason, I tend to remember titles easily. *shrugs*

Imzadi is good:) ALthough i didn't read the entire thing through.

OMG you must read the whole thing! It's so beautiful. Hmm, I think that's going on my reading list for a reread, now...

well, I own it so next time I'm at home, I'll keep it in mind to read.

And I love that icon. Eowyn/Faramir is one of my favorite pairings in LoTR (the other being Merry/Estella).

The first time I was exposed to it was an audiobook while driving up to a ski race with my dad. He'd picked it at random just 'cause it was Star Trek and it turned out to be fantastic. I'd love to find it again because it was read by Jonathan Frakes and he did the different voices (his impression of Lwaxana is hilarious).

Well, I forget how I came across it, but I bought it mostly because it was Deanna/Will and told us what happened before the show. It must have been two years ago, because I remember orderign from my grandmother's house and getting it while I was there...so yeah, two years.

I bet he was hilarious:)

Audiobooks never seem to work out for me. I bought a Star wars book on tape and got home only to find the second part gone (I have since bought the actual book). But my mom seems to like to get that Frank Perenti guy on tape/CD and it seems to work out for her.

Frank Peretti is good stuff. Not for everyone, admittedly, but his style has always flowed well for me.

It sounded like it was well writtan, even though I wasn't all that interested in what I was hearing (I was also alot younger when my mom last listened to it on Audiobook.
