We already called the hotline, and tried things... But nothing is working. So we have to call them again next week to know when they can pick up the computer to see what needs to be fixed... I don't know at all when I'll have it back safe and sound! grrr... And since it's a DELL, you can't find any pieces on market!! *mutters and curses*
