Please stop sucking!

Now it seems like stuff will load after an interminably long wait. Does anybody know what is up lately? I know I've been gone a while, but I don't remember LJ being this glitchy/slow. Is something going on or is this the "new normal" around here?

I have been considering getting a dreamwidth account for the crossposting/mass security change features, since I recently discovered that LJ-sec doesn't work on my new computer, and if I do, I may let my paid account here lapse. It's annoying to think I'm PAYING for a blog that won't load when I want it to.

*grumbles*

Anyway, I have company this weekend, but I hope to start getting some SW fic posted on Sunday evening.

It's running slow for me as well. I think on the latest LJ maintenance post they were talking about their servers getting fuller and making new ones. It might just be the process they're going through.

Ah, thank you for the info! I just went there and read the post. See, this is what I get for hibernating almost a year. lol! Well, it says they plan to fix it within the next 5-7 days, so I *guess* I put up with it that long. XD.

No, not just you. I tried to get on it on my phone today, and it wouldn't load at all. <.< It's been like this for at least a week for me. *facepalm*
