icon_tutorial for a few of these icons. Some of them it's pretty obvious I used the tut; others I basically took some of the technique and left the rest. None, however, were exactly followed. Credit for the tuts goes to:
mercilla, lipsofpoison, magickalfaery, oulan, anty_ and millergirl
...and if I've forgotten anyone, I let me know and I'll add. I think I got everyone though.
